Making it Easy for the Member

On September 1st, 2021, Steve G. called me regarding our current rates on new RV loans. Since Steve has been with us since 1994 and has had numerous loans with us in the past, I quoted him rates based off of a 740+ credit score.
Steve was going to be on vacation and would be picking up the trailer afterwards.
He called me on September 16th, and submitted an application. I took care of our paperwork and we were just waiting for the dealer to put the whole package together. The purchase was for a 2022 Flagstaff Travel Trailer.
On September 22nd, we signed the loan and he picked up the trailer that evening.
