Chelsia Neto
CDFI BE Strategist
Hello, my name is Chelsia Neto, and I am the Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Coordinator at Connections Credit Union. I'm originally from Angola, a wonderful country in Southern Africa. I am an ambivert, which means I have both introverted and extroverted characteristics—a rare blend that makes life fascinating! I am married to my lovely hubby and speak three languages fluently. I am new to the credit union industry and joined Connections Credit Union in 2023. Prior to joining the CU, I worked as a research analyst for the Caldwell Housing Authority, among other positions. When I'm not working, I enjoy drawing, going to the gym, and reading. I love helping people and making a positive difference in the community, and working for CCU aligns with that. Feel very lucky to be at CCU and working alongside amazing team members.

Hey there! I’m Ashley Wuthrich-Hoffman, an Idaho native with a love for small-city life. I have a
Master’s in Communication from Idaho State University, which basically means I can write a
great email and debate the merits of “reply all.” I’m all about supporting my community and
helping others, whether it's through my love of crystals or crafting jewelry (because who doesn’t
need a little extra sparkle?). When I’m not doing that, you’ll find me watching comedy shows
and old TV classics, because my Nostalgia is very real and my need for laughter is a necessity
