A Little Extra Legwork Never Hurts

Our member Richard applied for a HELOC in June 2021. While processing the application a lien was listed as being present against the property. We contracted the member and were sent legal papers showing it was resolved. We proceeded to contact the title company, the county clerk's office of both Ada and Boise County to help the member navigate the removal of the lien. The member was grateful that we not only helped him get a HELOC to consolidate his debt, but that we took the extra step of helping him resolve a problem he didn't know was a concern.
